Recent successes include leading O.C.O Technology to six years non-conformance free in external verifications audits for their integrated management system (which incorporates ISO45001, ISO9001, ISO14001), successfully leading the implementation of O.C.O Technology Competency Management System (CMS) and winning Numerous Health and Safety awards from RoSPA and the SHE Awards.

Rob Bullen CFIOSH is an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety professional with over 15 years’ experience across the built environment, professional services, and technology sectors. A Fellow of IOSH, he actively contributes to the profession as a guest lecturer at the University of Birmingham and as an Interview Chair for IOSH.

Rob specialises in the intersection of safety and technology, with deep experience in EHS software, digital transformation, and emerging AI applications. He is committed to helping organisations strengthen their safe systems of work through practical, scalable digital solutions.
