What if the bookings you're missing are sitting right there in your calendar?

Most hosts are leaving bookings on the table without knowing it — a guest who'd extend their stay if asked, a vacant date you could fill with the right nudge, a past guest ready to rebook. On Monday, Oct. 5, we're sitting down with Dominick Martinetti, founder and CEO of HostIQ, for a session on how agentic AI finds these opportunities for you and turns them into real revenue.

Whether you're just getting curious about AI or are already asking ChatGPT for help running your rental, this one's for you.

🤖 What agentic AI actually is — Dominick breaks down the real difference between a chatbot that answers questions and agentic AI that plans, acts and monitors your business on its own, plus who gets the most value from it.

📈 How to get more out of AI — See the workflow that turns AI from a helpful assistant into a revenue management expert: connecting your data, tracking performance against your targets and turning insights into action automatically.

💰 Real bookings and revenue, from real hosts — Walk through actual examples of agentic AI catching vacant dates, guest extension opportunities and repeat bookings, with the dollar amounts behind them.
