Not man balls, you Dirty girl. We're talkin' tennis balls.
We all know that batch cooking is key to avoiding vegan convenience foods and take out, while eating a wide range of whole plant foods on a weekly basis.
We also know that eating a diet rich in plants, floods the body with nutrients, allowing us feel amazing and energized and helping us kick ass in life.
But sometimes batching can be a pain the ass, especially if you have back problems, sore feet and tight shoulders.
Join us live on Saturday, September 8th and Michelle will walk us through ways to help eliminate back, foot, and shoulder pain while batching.
This live event is one hour long and is totally free.

If you aren't familiar with her, here's a little more about her:
Over the past 35 years, Michelle has been a student of the energy body and the physical body, including intensive research into energy maps and anatomy and physiology. She has also been a student of movement, studying reiki, chi gong, tai chi, pilates, and yoga. Michelle is a certified yoga instructor and yoga therapist of 30 years. Over those three decades, she has owned yoga studios, conducted retreats and taught yoga therapy teacher training. Having had the privilege of working on thousands of bodies, she is an expert at reading the body and understanding what each body part is saying. This helps in understanding people's overall health and well-being. Michelle has been called the body whisperer and the Louise Hay of the body.
