Your coding agent starts every session from zero. Whatever it learned yesterday is gone the next time you open it, including the decision you made, the fix that worked, and the workflow you explained twice.

In this Community Call, Ante Javor walks through how we built AI memory on Memgraph and how you can build your own. The build is a reference implementation in Memgraph’s AI Toolkit. It installs in one line for Claude Code or Codex and stores three things as one graph you can open with Cypher: what your agent knows, what it did, and how it works.
