Led by Ruth Ollman who is an experienced professional who started their career by supporting individuals with neurodiversity in both academic and professional environments,  Ruth's journey then took her to the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, where she honed her craft as an actor. There, she developed an expert understanding of vocal projection, presence, and the power of voice. 

After ten years working in the acting industry, Ruth decided to pursue a five-year training as a transpersonal integrative psychotherapist. In addition to their psychotherapy work, Ruth works as an access worker for individuals with neurodiversity, helping them navigate funding applications, produce their creative projects, and find their voice as artists.
