Deconstructing the Rutles

By Fab Four Master Class

Fresh off the long-awaited announcement of their final song, “Tao and Zen,” the world famous Rutles seem once again poised to take over the international music scene.

Since they first debuted that fabulous Rutland sound in the early 1960s, interest in the semi-legendary tale of Dirk, Nasty, Stig and Barry has only grown. From being discovered at a disco by manager Leggy Mountbatten, to their first album which took 20 minutes to record (and their second which took even longer), it is truly a legend that will live long after lots of other living legends have died. Some may even say, it’s a legend that will last a lunchtime.

Renowned Rutles historian and author Kenneth Womack and producer, composer and Deconstructing the Rutles series creator Scott Freimanare extremely proud to present the true story of the Rutles – their lives, their loves, and their trousers.

Get up and go register for this special Prefab Four Master Class session on Wednesday, November 29th at 8 pm ET:
