25 Min METCON Workout!

FITMAS Day 14!
METCON= metabolic conditioning= combining strength training with cardio bursts! Great for efficiency in shorter time, improving fitness, increasing metabolic burn, Low impact mods will be given!
Each round has 3 exercises (1 strength, 1 cardio, 1 core), completed back to back, with 20 sec rest between rounds. The first 2 exercises will push push, and the 3rd core exercise will come down in intensity.
TAKE BREAKS WHEN NEEDED, press pause or march in place and join back in when ready! This is YOUR workout, YOUR body, so do what YOU need.
