AI is quickly moving from experimentation to an everyday part of how organizations work. For CSR and volunteering teams, that creates an opportunity to think beyond simply using AI as a productivity tool.

This conversation will explore what happens when AI becomes part of both how CSR teams work and how organizations create impact through volunteering.

We’ll look at how teams are using AI to streamline workflows, reduce manual work, personalize programs, and make better use of data, while also exploring how volunteering can help employees, nonprofits, and communities build the confidence and skills to navigate an increasingly AI-enabled world.

The conversation will bring together practitioners who are already experimenting with AI in different parts of their programs, offering a practical look at what is working, what they have learned, and where human judgment still matters.

The session will leave you with a clearer understanding of:

Where AI can meaningfully improve CSR workflows and program management

How organizations are incorporating AI into volunteering experiences

Why AI literacy is emerging as a relevant area of community impact

What should remain human-led as AI becomes more embedded in CSR

How CSR leaders can begin experimenting with AI in practical, low-risk ways
