Greek Cooking with a Chef's Ego!

Opa! Grab your Feta Cheese and come learn the art of Greek cooking with A Chef's Ego. In this cooking class, Chef Shane will teach participants how to cook a lovely three course meal.
Appetizer: Winter Greek Salad
Main: Greek Chicken with Potatoes and Tzatziki
Dessert: Baklava Phyllo Bites
Ingredients List
Winter Greek Salad:
1 x Red Onion
250 grams x Feta Cheese
6 x Radicchio
3-4 pieces x Celery
1x Lemon
10-12 pieces x Kalamata Olives
2 tbsps x Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2-4 tbsp x Dried Oregano
1-2 tsp x Black Pepper
Gyro:
1-2packs x Medium/Large Greek pita
4-6 x Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast/Thigh
(Marinate the chicken in yogurt and herbs overnight or a minimum of 30 mins)
1 Cup x Greek Yogurt
2-3 cloves x Garlic
2-4 tbsp x Dried Oregano
1-2 tsp x Paprika
1 x Lemon
1-2 tsp x Kosher Salt
1-2 tsp x Black Pepper
Toppings:
1x Bell Pepper
1x Red Onion
1 x English Cucumber
1 x Head Lettuce
250 grams x Feta Cheese
15-20 pieces x Kalamata Olives
(And whatever else you may want to add)
Roasted Greek Potatoes:
6-8 x White Potato
1 x Lemon
1 tbsp x Dried Rosemary
1 tbsp x Dried Thyme
1 tbsp x Dried Oregano
2-6 cloves x Garlic
1-2 Cups x Chicken Broth/Chicken bouillon cubes
1-2 tsp x Kosher Salt
1-2 tsp x Black Pepper
Tzatziki:
1 Cup x Greek Yogurt
1 x Lemon
1-2 x English Cucumber
1-2 tbsp x Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2-6 cloves x Garlic
1-2 tsp x Kosher Salt
1-2 tsp x Black Pepper
2-4 tbsp x Fresh Dill
Baklava Bites:
1 box x Mini Phyllo Dough Shells/Mini Pie Shells
250 grams x Chopped Walnuts or Almonds
½ Cup x White Sugar
1 x Lemon
1 tsp x Ground Cinnamon
¼-1/2 Cup x Honey
