Most of the conversation about AI and authors has been about writing. This workshop is about everything else.

A Grok Bot is an AI agent with its own computer. You give it a task from your computer (or phone!), close the app, and it keeps working while you write. In this workshop, you will build a team of Grok Bots that handle the non-writing parts of your publishing business, and every bot will already know how to do things the Novel Marketing way.

If you watched the free episode on building a Webmaster bot, this is the in-depth follow-up. That episode showed you one bot. This workshop gives you the whole team.

Kickoff prompts for over a TWO dozen quills. Each quill comes with a multi-page kickoff prompt built on best practices from the Novel Marketing Podcast and the Christian Publishing Show. You paste it in, and the Grok Bot starts working with a decade of publishing advice already loaded. As you work together, the bot refines its own instructions to fit your books and your business.

Bots that keep learning. When a new episode comes out, you paste the link into your bot and say, "Update your approach based on this post." Your bots get smarter every week the podcast publishes.

The Patron Toolbox connection. You will learn how to connect your Grok Bots to the Novel Marketing Patron Toolbox. This makes your bots more capable and cuts your Grok usage, which is the biggest limit inside Grok Bot right now.

Live Q&A. Bring your questions. This is a working session, not a lecture.

Replay and written transcript. Watch again whenever you need to, or search the transcript for the exact step you forgot.

You will get kickoff prompts for more than two dozen Grok Bots, including:

Publishing Chief of Staff to delegate tasks across your team and manage your usage limits

Advertising Bot that runs your ad campaigns the way we teach on the podcast

Amazon Bot that manages your KDP account, monitors your listings, and collects your reviews

PR Bot that finds podcast interviews and handles the outreach

Webmaster Bot that keeps your author website updated

Bookkeeping Bot that tracks your income and expenses

Event Bot that coordinates your launches, signings, and speaking engagements

The rest of the roster will be shaped by the questions you send in before the event. If enough authors ask for a bot to handle a task, we will build it and include it.

You will not learn how to get Grok Bot to write your books. The purpose of the bots is to give you more time to write your books yourself.

We will not cover Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or other agents. This workshop teaches you how to use Grok Bot specifically, start to finish, so you leave with a working team instead of a survey of tools.

Anyone who wants more time to write and is willing to pay money to save time. You do not need to be technical. If you can send a text message, you can direct a Grok Bot. But Grok Bot does cost a monthly subscription to use.

Advanced: the Usage Optimizer bot, scripts, MCPs, and connected tools

How much does it cost? $37. That includes the live workshop, the replay, the written transcript, and the kickoff prompts for every bot.

Do I need a paid SuperGrok account? Yes. Grok Bots require a Grok subscription. Check Grok.com for current plans.

Do I need to be a patron to use the Patron Toolbox section?Connecting the toolbox to your bots requires a Novel Marketing patron account. Everything else in the workshop works without one.

What if I can't attend live? Register anyway. You will get the replay and the transcript, and you can submit questions ahead of time.

Will the bots write my book? No. Each kickoff prompt tells the bot to stay out of your manuscript. The bots handle marketing, admin, and publishing tasks so you can do the writing.

Is this a recording of the free episode? No. The free episode showed one bot doing one task. This workshop builds the full team and teaches you how to run it.

Are the bots ready to use, or do I have to build them? You paste in the kickoff prompt, help the bot log in to your accounts the first time, and it takes it from there. Expect about ten minutes of setup per bot.
