In this session, we’ll explore some of the useful OSS tools and technologies that can used by developers to effectively develop, design and test cloud-native Java applications. We’ll cover technologies including: MicroProfile, JakartaEE, MiniKube/Docker Desktop, Telepresence, Test Containers, WAD – Watch and Deploy, Language servers for MicroProfile and Jakarta EE, Buildpacks, and IDPs. This will give attendees a great introduction to each of these tools and how they can help with each stage of the inner dev cycle of application development.
