The Jobtrain you know is getting a new look and new options, built from what you’ve told us. Nothing familiar is being taken away.

This session will cover reviewing and progressing candidates in the New Experience. The same actions, in a clearer place.

This session is a second run of our candidates walkthrough. The same content, another chance to join live. If you would rather catch up in your own time, the first session will be added to the knowledge base after recording.

Your processes and the everyday actions you rely on haven’t changed. Where you do them has.

This 30 minute session with Q&A walks through the redesigned candidate list and candidate record, so you leave confident managing candidates in the new experience. It builds on the managing vacancies session, so we recommend joining one of those sessions first (join a managing vacancies session - 10th November or 17th November).

Configurable columns and filters you can set up yourself

Super users, system administrators, hiring managers and anyone who reviews candidates. The actions available to you depend on your security role, so what you see in your own system may differ slightly from the session.

Led by Kelly Muskett from Jobtrain. Every session is recorded and added to the knowledge base, so you're never dependent on catching a live repeat session. One landing page lists every session and topic, so you and your team can pick the slots that suit you.
