The Jobtrain you know is getting a new look and new options, built from what you’ve told us. Nothing familiar is being taken away.

The Onboarding Hub you know, redesigned. A new Dashboard tab shows which new starters need attention, so you don’t have to go looking.

The Dashboard brings everything you need to follow up into one place, from new starters at risk, to the documents and referees you’re still waiting on, so you can act on it straight away.

Your compliance, references, onboarding and pre-employment checks tabs are all still there, with clearer icons, better on-screen guidance and fewer clicks to get things done.

In this 45-minute session with Q&A, Kelly walks through the redesigned Hub in full, including the quick actions menu that lets you chase, review and mark items as complete without leaving the Hub.

Onboarding and compliance teams, super users and system administrators using Jobtrain’s enhanced onboarding. If you’re not using the Onboarding Hub yet, come along and see what it could do for your team.

This session repeats on Thursday 26th November if you can't make this date.

Led by Kelly Muskett from Jobtrain. Every session is recorded and added to the knowledge base, so you're never dependent on catching a live repeat session. One landing page lists every session and topic, so you and your team can pick the slots that suit you.
