Celebrate the centenary of one of Dublin’s most beloved and beguiling writers, Brendan Behan, in an evening of song and story.

Join Three Castles Burning podcast host Donal Fallon and a lineup of special guests in a lively celebration and in-depth exploration of the fascinating life of the enigmatic Dubliner covering everything from his raucous public image, to the shy, introspective writer who would later become a victim of his own success.
Featuring live readings of Behan’s poetry and prose and music of the rich Behan family tradition, including the songs of his uncle Peadar, his brother Dominic Behan, and his mother Kathleen.

Special guests include Radie Peat, Macdara Yeates, Pat McCabe, Dr. Deirdre McMahon, Eamonn Hunt, Willa White, Barry Gleeson, Ciara Ní É , John Connors & more to be announced.
