You are invited to an informal talk with guest of honour, Shafiq Sekandi on leadership and management.
Shafiq Sekandi is the RDC or Resident District Commissioner for an area of Uganda called the Kisoro District. Shafiq reports to the President of Uganda, Yoweri Museveni.

The Kisoro District borders DRC and Rwanda and is an area of heightened military, refugee and disease activity. Coupled with the normal challenges of infrastructure and managing natural disasters, Shafiq will talk about his experiences in working with people and getting the best out of the resources available.

As RDC, Shafiq is the president’s representative in the area and is responsible for security and the general well being of the district.
