work from functional to captivating. Through focused technique, body alignment, and isolation drills, we’ll explore the mechanics of the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, and fingers—building control, precision, and fluidity. We’ll then bring those tools into motion, working with new combinations and a short choreography to the song "Dead Body" by Chet Faker that weaves expressive arm pathways into the body’s natural flow.
