Sam Robinson, Ph.D.
Research scientist
Sam Robinson is a sustainable agriculture research scientist for Ducks Unlimited Canada. Originally from the West Coast, his ecology research experience has led him everywhere from Nunavut to Alberta, and more recently, to Manitoba! Sam brings ecological, agricultural, and analytical experience to the DUC team that he will use to help develop regionally-specific practices that help us to balance the needs of both agriculture and conservation.
Karli Reimer
Karli is passionate about sharing the connection between conservation and agriculture. Raised on a beef farm next to a Ducks Unlimited Canada wetland project gave her first-hand experience in how nature and agriculture are interconnected.
An international award-winning agricultural journalist and communicator, Karli has led sustainable agriculture initiatives for Ducks Unlimited Canada for almost 17 years.
Karli is a council member of the Canadian Roundtable for Sustainable Beef, a board member of the Soil Conservation Council of Canada, and represents Ducks on various agricultural sustainability steering committees.
