Behaviours such as bullying, harassment and aggressive attitudes can lead to increased levels of absence, staff turnover and lower staff morale which can reduce productivity. 

This event will help you identify and address unacceptable behaviours in the workplace and understand the appropriate cause of action to take.

Led by Gareth Petty who was the Director of Acas Wales for 16 years till April 2023. He was previously responsible for training National Helplines colleagues in all aspects of Employment Law and good practice. Gareth was also seconded to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office running social partnership projects in Bulgaria and Romania. He has extensive knowledge and experience of employment relations, particularly in the area of dispute resolutions.
