The Jobtrain you know is getting a new look and new options, built from what you’ve told us. Nothing familiar is being taken away.

A new way to create a job, with optional AI assistance. Less admin building a job, with a person in control of every decision.

This session is a second run of our Vacancy Studio walkthrough. The same content, another chance to join live. If you would rather catch up in your own time, the first session will be added to the knowledge base after recording.

Vacancy Studio is our name for the new AI-assisted way to create a job in the New Experience of Jobtrain. Upload a job description and it does the groundwork. Filling in the job details from your own configured options, drafting an advert in the tone and length you choose, generating supporting images and suggesting assessments based on the job and your competencies.

You stay in control throughout. Nothing is saved or published until you approve it and it never overwrites what you have already entered. The AI-assisted features are controlled by security roles, switched off by default and you can still create a job without them.

Not everything new is AI. Set your compliance requirements once on the job, such as the DBS level or compliance pack, and they carry through to every candidate, with a person still able to change them for anyone. If you use enhanced job approval, the matching approval workflow is selected for you, with the reason shown.

In this 45-minute session with Q&A, Kelly walks through the new vacancy studio feature in full covering:

Creating a job in Vacancy Studio, from a job profile or a few prompts

AI-drafted adverts in the tone, length and focus you choose, plus supporting images, all powered by JobBrain.

Suggested assessment questionnaires based on the job, starting with the forms and questions you already use

Setting compliance requirements once, so they carry through to each candidate

How hiring managers can draft adverts and share assessment guidance for your team to review

Our AI assurance position: optional, assistive, bias-reducing and fully human-led, and never trained on your data

Super users, system administrators and hiring leads.

Led by Kelly Muskett from Jobtrain. Every session is recorded and added to the knowledge base, so you're never dependent on catching a live repeat. One landing page lists every session and topic, so you and your team can pick the slots that suit you.
