What is an "apostolic church"? What does "apostolic succession" mean? Can there be an apostolic church without the apostolic faith?

Lately answers to these questions have become more pressing as certain online apologists have pushed for an innovative ecclesiology developed within ecumenisnm and in particular at the Second Vatican Council.

In this presentation Fr. Peter will present the Orthodox understanding of apostolicity, apostolic succession and what makes a Church apostolic especially with regard to the new ecclesiology of Vatican II.
