Negotiating is some thing we all do everyday, but most of us do it unconsciously. Learning to negotiate and understanding negotiation stages is a key part of leadership development. In this introductory session, we will explore negotiation skills and how to enhance them for your benefit and for those around you.

The session will be delivered by Phil Denning. Phil is a retired Civil Servant and was a member of the FDA's National Executive for several years. He is an experienced trainer and educator by profession and regularly delivers training for the FDA, STUC and TUC.
