10 Min Yoga Stretch for Stress

Yoga stretch poses are my favorites...not only are you decreasing stress with deep/ focused breathing, you're relieving tightness, working on hip/ shoulder/ back mobility/ flexibility of the muscles, and building strength...win win win!
Each pose is held around 30-45 seconds. Really focus on your breath: 5 counts in through the nose, 5 counts out through the mouth, making sure to expand the ribs versus lifting the shoulders.
