What are all the different types of sprawl?

Where are we seeing sprawl and what areas are you seeing sprawl in the past year you didn’t see before (or at least not that much before)?

One of the greatest problems of sprawl is the number of services that are not turned off. First, how do you even find them and second, how do you stop it from happening in the future?

What about the phenomenon of divisions holding onto data “just in case they need it?” How do you win this battle?

This problem is only getting worse. What are tactics to slow it down?

What is third party sprawl and how is that dangerous?
