With the election fast approaching here in the US and so many other challenges, this feels like a valuable time to gather, collect our energies, and deepen our resolve for clarity and goodwill.

In this daylong retreat, we'll turn towards the essential nature of our practice, coming together as a community to fortify our hearts and minds. Together we'll explore ways of bringing greater wisdom and clarity to the moment.

There will be guided meditations, periods of silence, and opportunities to move the body. There will also be time for discussion and Q&A.
