What are the different forms of shadow IT that are causing this data chaos? How is it being created or transferred from legitimate to shadow data?

What’s the shadow data we’re not thinking about? What have you seen that would surprise us? Where is it living?

How have we dealt with the problem in the past? What are new methods to identify and manage it?

Are there managerial ways to control the proliferation of shadow data?

What organizational technical controls can be put in place to limit the proliferation of shadow data?

Not all shadow data is bad. Really only sensitive data. So how do you know what’s sensitive data?

Do you do forensics to understand how shadow data got to where it is?
