The Egoscue Method is a world-famous Postural Alignment Therapy method developed by Pete Egoscue. Egoscue can help you improve posture, restore function, and live a pain free and active life using a series of simple gentle movements and stretches along with the use of gravity and body weight. The Egoscue Method reeducates the muscles to move and function the way they were designed so that musculoskeletal balance and joint alignment is restored in the body.

Her background as a CanFitPro Certified Personal Trainer Specialist (PTS), Healthy Eating and Weight Loss Coach (HEWL), Peak Beings Certified 200 Hour Unified Yoga Teacher, Arthur Murray Certified Dance Instructor, and WBFF Pro Athlete together with her training and expertise from The Egoscue Institute brings together a unique level of understanding of the human body as a unit that allows her to impact the lives of others by helping them live an active and pain free lifestyle.
