Irina works to help people live an active and pain-free lifestyle. As a Certified Postural Alignment Specialist, Irina holds the highest levels of certification from The Egoscue Institute (PAS, ETS, and AET). The Egoscue Method is a world-famous Postural Alignment Therapy method developed by Pete Egoscue. Egoscue can help you improve posture, restore function, and live a pain free and active life using a series of simple gentle movements and stretches along with the use of gravity and body weight. The Egoscue Method reeducates the muscles to move and function the way they were designed so that musculoskeletal balance and joint alignment is restored in the body.
