This week's EMBODIMENT practice is all about intuitive movement and dance.

We've spent the last couple of weeks rediscovering and strengthening our relationship with our own body through mirror work and conscious self touch.

Now that we've reconnected with some of the subtleties of our bodies, it's time to MOVE in a way that honours our body. It's time to create space within ourselves to move in a way in which our body desires. Tuning in, listening and responding from a place of love and self care.

space to move (away from sharp edges etc)

you can be naked...or if you're going to be clothed, I would advise wearing loose-fitting clothing

You DO NOT need to be 'coordinated' to participate and practice this ritual. It's INTUITIVE...

Which also means it doesn't have to look sexy, choreographed or cohesive...

It can look and feel silly, angry, sad, ecstatic, joyful, playful...

There is no right or wrong...this is all about further developing healthy two-way communication with your body so that you become better acquainted with your body's cues, desires, needs...

Where you're better able to respond from a place of compassion and love. Where movement nourishes and nurtures your body.
