All technology implementations are about people, process, and technology. To do one without the others will result in a failed implementation. We're going to talk about what are the techniques that have worked the best and what to avoid.

Are there any first step mistakes you can make in an implementation that are unrecoverable?

Is there a way to turn around a poor implimentation?

How can security professionals prepare their user base?

What can security professionals learn from a roll out? Is there a way to iterate and amend an implementation over time?

It all starts at 10 AM Pacific/1 PM Eastern. At the end of the hour [11 AM Pacific/2 PM Eastern] we'll switch gears into a series of impromptu 1-on-1 five-minute meetings where everyone will be randomly paired. Nothing to prepare, we’ll do the matching.
