As a cofounder of Chicago Distilling Jay brings 15+ years of sales experience to the team as well as a passion for Whiskey. He has been responsible for the core brand creation and continues to lead the R&D side of things at Chicago Distilling. Jay's current role is maintaining quality standards while envisioning the next innovations for the brands and Distillery.

Prior to starting Chicago Distilling Company with her husband, Noelle ran her own Interior Design business following her tenure as the Director of Design Operations for a High End Design Firm in Chicago. Both roles provided her with experience in starting a business from the ground up, operations, managing staff, and prospecting new business. With the birth of their second son coinciding with the opening of the CDco tasting room balancing motherhood and the distillery have been her priority from day one. Noelle also finds time to lead the Illinois Craft Distillers Guild as the first female President and Legislative chair, striving to promote the growth of Craft Distilling in her home state.
