June 7 day-long meditation with Alexis

During challenging times we can either close down, increasing our fear and anger and sense of paralysis, or we can open to the reality we are in, finding our way to greater wisdom and compassionate action - towards others and towards ourselves.
We'll practice together with guided meditations, periods of silence, and opportunities to move the body. The day will include Q&A as well as time for discussion.
This is meant to be a natural and easeful approach to integrating your meditation practice into your daily life.
