My Busy Woman's Guide to Healthy Meal Prep!

For me, meal prep has been one of my secrets to being the healthiest me at 53 years young!
As women, it can be a major struggle to find the time to cook wholesome meals while juggling work, family and all the other demands of our hectic lifestyles. We're too busy, we're not sure how best to feed ourselves and our families, and mostly, we are simply just TIRED!
The thing, meal prep can help alleviate all of these problems! Here's how...
- If you're busy, meal prep frees up your schedule so that you have more time to relax and enjoy your loved ones.
- Although it may seem like stress to dedicate a couple hours in the kitchen to preparing food for the week, meal prep actually helps relieve the stress of thinking about food, planning meals and dedicating time to cooking for the whole rest of the week!
- It facilitates better health and more energy. You plan to eat healthily, and with the food already prepared, you actually DO! Eating better means you'll also be less tired.
- AND, it saves money... Big time! We don't realize how eating out and venturing to the supermarket all the time drains our pockets.
