As many as 5 different generations are working side by side in the workplace nowadays. And this is causing unique challenges for young adults starting their careers. One of those challenges has been how different generations communicate in the workplace. Over time, we’ve transitioned from in-person communications to email, text, and even emojis. Learn tips on how to navigate these generational divides to easing communication tensions between yourself, your manager, and your co-workers in the workplace. This program is for younger adults.
Presented by Catherine Crawford, one of TPL’s 2021-22 Career Coaches in Residence.
The Career Coaches in Residence program is generously supported by the RBC Foundation.
