April 2020, we asked you to dare to be confident, bold, mindful, your best, an encourager, the change you want to see, present, resilient, a 911der woman, think differently, strong, compassionate, kind, constantly improving, fearless, the best, the difference, powerful, and finally, great.

Nearly 7,000 of you answered that dare from around the world. You registered, participated, networked, and watched the replays of every session. Because of YOU, this conference was a complete success. Much has happened since then. The pandemic lives. Continuing education, as well as, training opportunities, are minimal but after the success in April and the need to evolve in order to give back and educate…we are back.

Dare to be Great 2020, a free fall virtual conference brings back familiar faces and several new ones. This conference not only provides you some of the best speakers and thought leaders but this time you will also hear from the top in technology and training during the vendor hall sessions and sponsor speakers. Join us as we dare to be great together for an experience like no other. This is four days of training you don’t want to miss.

Each session will be done live in the eastern timezone.

Make sure to register even if you cannot attend live because each session will be recorded and available for immediate replay. The best viewing/learning experience will be through this platform, however, the video's will also be uploaded to Facebook and YouTube.

Do you have to be a dispatcher to register/attend? No. Many people have asked because they are looking at becoming a dispatcher or in general to understand the profession more.

Certificates will be made available two weeks after the end of the conference for those who need them

We are currently working on getting the conference certified for continuing education credits in as many states as possible.
