Coming together as a community can help gather the energy in a more collected, and intentional way. The practice of awareness and other beautiful qualities can become a true refuge. As Thich Nhat Hanh has pointed out: "Happiness is available, please help yourself to it."

In this daylong retreat, there will be guided meditations, periods of silence, and opportunities to move the body. There will also be time for discussion and Q&A.
