Practice from the comfort and ease of your own space. In this online, daylong retreat, there will be guided meditations, periods of silence, and opportunities to move the body. There will also be time for discussion and Q&A.

The sessions are live streamed, so you can watch and practice alongside a community without having to be on screen yourself.

At the same time, knowing there are others viewing and practicing together can help gather the energy in a more collected, and intentional way. The practice of awareness and other beautiful qualities can then become a true refuge.
