The Excite Strategy Summit - Finding clarity and purpose the happy way

During this 4 day event Laurence and Carlos will share with you the core elements of building an excite strategy for your work and business.
They call this working from the inside out.
Unlike the conventional approach to business it starts with YOUR needs, not the needs of the customer.
The core to building an excite strategy is creating a clear definition of success that gets you excited about the future.
Rather than just doing work for money you'll learn how to design work around your core emotional needs.
Work then becomes something that energises you, not something that drains you.
This means understanding where you get energy and where you doing.
When you've figure this out you'll make the big decisions that dictate how you make money, how you spend your time, who you spend your time with and what impact you can make.
If, for a while, you've been asking yourself what's missing and what could make you really happy then join these sessions to start heading in the right direction.
Here's the summit schedule:
Monday 25th July at 12.30pm - Lead with Needs
Learn what it means to identify your core emotional needs and to use them to guide what you do.
Tuesday 26th July at 12.30pm - Tune into change
When creating products or services focus the change your helping someone make in their lives rather than creating something perfect.
Wednesday 27th July at 12.30pm - Make happy money
Learn what it means to make money in a way that energises you rather than drains you.
Thursday 28th July at 12.30pm - Work out loud
Rather than waiting until you build the perfect product or services before announcing it, share your journey to making something people want and why you're doing it.
Friday 29th July at 2.00pm - Vision 20/20 Open Day
