Psychological safety is important even when we have a normal situation. Right now we are all in a state of crisis in one form or another.

The talk will shortly explain what psychological safety is, before moving on to how things are different at this time, as well as the same. It will also touch upon how it affects our mental health.

There will be plenty of time for questions.
