Funding Friday - Hot Topics in Funding & Creative Economy Partner Spotlight
--
It’s officially spring in the Chi and that means it's time to plant seeds.
Seeds in our garden and seeds in our work -- many of those “seeds” will be applications for funding opportunities AND/OR connections with creative industry resources.
This month’s Funding Friday is a special edition of the series: we’ll do a deep dive into timely funding opportunities like the Neighborhood Opportunity Fund, the ArtsWorkFund and ACCL’s Micro-granting Programs.
We’ll also hear from two creative economy leaders: 2112 and Center for Creative Entrepreneurship on their new and growing resources launching and expanding in 2021.

About Funding Fridays
Funding Fridays (events.fortheculture.fund) is a monthly virtual workshop series, hosted by SECC’s Arts & Culture Capital Lab (ACCL), -- designed to help local creative entrepreneurs "level-up" by making the transition from autonomous professional to enterprise level innovator.
This live online event takes place on the last Friday of EVERY month and is one part Artist Talk, one part Business School and one part Mastermind Group -- all from the lens of Community Wealth Building in Chicago neighborhoods.
