I've been on a 5 week vacation and I would love to catch up, have a boogie and start the year off right...dancing in the nude!

So, we'll start off with some embodied dance where I will guide you through some intuitive movement and breath work...and then we'll let our hair down and go wild!

I'm going to have snacks and drinks...I'm bringing it...and I encourage you to do the same!
