Have you ever wondered how people even start to outsource? Where do you find that perfect VA or freelancer? What do you outsource?

Outsourcing for the first time can be scary and confusing. Often business owners don't feel ready to take that step and it can feel daunting.

Katie Colella is a serial entrepreneur from the age of 18. During that time she has grown her own teams, run a business as a VA, outsourced and been part of many teams herself.

In this practical workshop, she'll show you how to get clear on what you should consider outsourcing, make you understand that you can start small, how it'll save you time and money in the long run and help you find ways to find the perfect VA or freelancer, both from the perspective of a business owner and a freelancer.
