While transitioning into eating a fully plant-based diet, she learned about the harmful environmental, health and social impacts of the animal agriculture industry and yearned to make more of an impact in her daily life. This topic became the focus of her thesis while obtaining her Masters in Business for Sustainability and Social Impact from Glasgow Caledonian’s School for the Common Good in 2020. She spends the bulk of her time as an online creator teaching people holistic wellness techniques in their daily life, like how to cook and eat more plant-based foods or incorporate mindfulness.
