This training is designed to expand upon industry skills in working with difficult customers and vendors to address the many challenging interactions presented by the current pandemic such as the wearing of face masks, social distancing, and anti-asian and anti-back hate/bias.

The training covers: situational awareness, adrenalin management, awareness of one’s own escalation triggers, and a range of de-escalation skills and tools.

The workshop includes whole and small group discussions, scenario practice, verbal and physical exercises and movement.
