Kindergarten Success Camp Teacher Talk - Aug. 6

Give your child a great start to Kindergarten!

Tuesday, August 6 10-11 a.m.
Attend this live virtual kindergarten readiness event featuring tips and ideas to get your child ready for school and opportunities to connect with a real kindergarten teacher to get your questions answered.
The event will feature Mrs. Meddock, a Kindergarten teacher at Reynoldsburg's Rose Hill Elementary.
This live virtual event is offered as part of Columbus Metropolitan Library's Ready for Kindergarten - Virtual Kindergarten Success Camp. More information below.

Starting Monday, July 27, join us online at columbuslibrary.org/k-camp for nine free sessions to help your preschooler get ready for kindergarten. Here’s how to participate:
1. Sign up for the Virtual Kindergarten Success Camp at columbuslibrary.org/k-camp or by calling 614-645-2275.
2. Watch the videos and complete the activities at home with your child.
  • Each session contains 2-3 short videos and printable activity sheets.
  • Complete the sessions in order.
  • If needed, packets with all camp supplies are available at all Columbus Metropolitan Library locations (quantities are free, but limited).
3. Complete the survey at the end of Session 9 to let us know how we did.
4. Attend one of the live teacher led events with our Kindergarten Success Camp teacher. The teacher will share tips for school success and will be available to answer questions.
