Kelly Murphy, the award-winning illustrator of numerous of acclaimed books for children, joins us for a virtual event to celebrate the release of her new picture book, FARAWAY THINGS. Written by National Book Award finalist Dave Eggers, FARAWAY THINGS is a beautiful adventure tale about a boy who learns that giving away something precious can lead to something even greater. During the event, Kelly will discuss the book and share her illustration process with attendees.
