Have you ever woken up suddenly, in the middle of the night, without knowing why? Sylvie has…
We’re thrilled to have best-selling and award-winning author Maggie O'Farrell join Tall Tales with her first children’s book. Beautifully illustrated by Daniela Terrazzini, Where Snow Angels Go is a compelling modern fairy tale about the bravery of a little girl and the miracle of a snowy day. Maggie O'Farrell is the author of the bestselling memoir I Am, I Am, I Am, and eight novels for adults, including This Must Be The Place, which was shortlisted for the 2016 Costa Novel Award, and Hamnet, winner of this year’s prestigious Women’s Fiction Prize. Where Snow Angels Go is listed one of the best books to read your children in 2020 by The Independent. An illustrator of both detailed paintings and graphic surface patterns, Daniela Terrazzini studied fine art in Milan and photography in London. She illustrated The Night I Met Father Christmas by Ben Miller and Jane Yolan’s The Seeing Stitch. Maggie O’Farrell and Daniela Terrazziniis are in conversation with Patricia Forde, award winning writer and Chairperson of Children's Books Ireland.
