About Our Speakers
Carissa Thomas is Director of Sales Enablement at Pendo. She leads the team with energy and passion and believes that not just enabling teams, but truly empowering teams is the secret sauce to high performance. She has expertise in deploying sales methodologies, global training programs and developing operational efficiencies. In the office, she’s known for her eternal optimism, a positive can-do attitude and collaborative approach to getting things done.
At home, she is known for the same. When she’s not enabling sellers, you’ll likely find her outside somewhere. She’s usually hanging with her husband to be, playing her 70 pound doggies (Jovi & Bourbon) or working in the garden.
Reena Ambai joined SalesLoft in 2016, having come from other technology organizations, like Apple and Capgemini. During her time at SalesLoft, she transitioned from a Professional Services Consultant to a Senior Revenue Programs Manager, with all of her roles having one focus in common – creating positive experiences for those around her. Ensuring that others are able to produce and do their best work is what motivates Reena to continue to find creative ways to add value to the organization.
Outside of work, Reena enjoys spending time with her family (especially her adorable nephew), experimenting with hearty but effortless recipes, and reading. She appreciates learning in all forms in her personal life, as well, whether it's listening to podcasts or beginning yoga.
