MD in the Black: Fiscal Fitness Check-Ups for Today's EM Residents
By EB Medicine
Live Online 1-Hour Webinar with Q&A
Tuesday, May 4, 2021
8:00pm-9:00pm EST
Who could have imagined you’d be donning a mask along with your graduation cap and gown? Safe to say, reality defies any view you could have had of this past year of residency.
The pandemic may well have blurred your vision of a career in emergency medicine, but it need not have obscured it. Join the authors of MD in the Black, a personal finance resource developed specifically for medical residents, to take stock, reassess, and plan -- or revise -- for the future.

In this free live webinar, Drs. James Ahn, and Matthew Pirotte, practicing emergency physicians and leaders at their respective academic medical centers, will share up-to-the-minute financial advice to help you navigate through uncertain times.
If your life as a resident or post-grad has taken an unexpected turn – a match that didn’t materialize, a rescinded offer, fellowship or faculty vs. full-time employment, a tenuous position with fewer shifts and lower salary than you were figuring on, fears that you’ll be the one of five emergency physicians without a job in the next decade -- don’t miss this free presentation. The mentors will discuss these and other challenges, with plenty of time for Q&A. They even promise to reveal some valuable pearls, little-known opportunities that are yours for the taking.
Plus: All registrants who attend will be entered into a drawing for a free copy of the speakers' book: MD in the Black. Five winners will be announced within 24 hours after the webinar. (You must attend live to win!)
Get your questions answered!
