Mortgage Agent Lisa Okun will talk about the changes to the Toronto housing market specifically, the current status of the market, and interest rates.  This presentation will touch on necessary steps to enter the market, and how to prepare for a successful experience when one decides to take the plunge.

The economy, inflation, Bank of Canada announcements, and changes to interest rates have been front and centre in the news, and many people have questions and concerns, particularly younger adults who are contemplating the best time to enter the housing market.

This presentation will be about what has happened in the Toronto market, affordability with current rates and home prices, and practical tips on how to qualify for a mortgage currently. Note that this presentation will not be addressing macro-economic issues and forces from an economist lens.
