Casey McQuiston: One Last Stop
By TPL Programs
One Last Stop is the is the much-anticipated new novel from bestselling author Casey McQuiston, author of the smash hit Red, White & Royal Blue (St. Martin's Griffin).
The story follows twenty-three-year old August, a cynical and isolated young woman who doesn't believe in the power of friendship or true love. That is, until she meets the mysterious Jane on her morning subway commute. As their relationship grows, August begins to believe that anything might be possible—including falling for a woman who may or may not belong in the twenty-first century. It's a delightful novel about the power of community, history and falling in love, all with a delightful dose of magic realism.
Casey appears in conversation with Toronto Public Library to discuss their work, upcoming projects, and the importance of queer stories and communities—in any age.
